SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls has started the process for a multi-million-dollar construction project for the Washington Pavilion.
The city council approved $355,000 for the design phase of a plan to replace aging parapets and cornices on the building’s roof.
The project itself is expected to cost $5-7 million.
Scott Rust with the city’s finance department said the architect will have several plans for the City Council to choose from in its effort to keep costs down.
