SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Arson is suspected in a Sioux Falls duplex fire that had people hanging out second-floor windows.
Firefighters had to rescue several occupants. One person was injured in a fall from the South Spring Avenue fire.
Police Spokesman Sam Clemens says a woman had some sort of argument with someone at the residence. She left and came back…and witnesses say they saw her start the fire.
Clemens says they’ve identified the suspect and as of the posting of this story, they were still searching for her.
