WATERTOWN, S.D. (KELO.com) — Watertown’s Redlin Art Center opened up earlier this month after being closed for 2 ½ months due to COVID-19.
Julie Ranum, the center’s executive director, says there’s no admission fee to tour the art center, but Ranum says they’ve still taken a financial hit. They’ve slowly re-opened in phases—by design.
She says COVID-19 has been “devastating” to South Dakota tourism.
