SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A new report suggests Sioux Falls is one of the most efficient cities in the country when it comes to spending tax dollars.
A study from WalletHub ranked Sioux Falls 11th in a sample of 150 American cities. The report assigned grades to various city services, like education, health care and law enforcement. It then compared those grades to the city’s budget per capita.
Sioux Falls ranked 20th in city services, with the 28th-smallest city budget per capita.
Nampa, Idaho, a city of just under 100,000, ranked No. 1. Washington, DC was last in the survey.
