SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Used car prices in South Dakota have dropped slightly according to a new report, though they have not dropped as much as the national average.
A study from Lattice Publishing on behalf of the car listing website CoPilot found used car prices in the state have dropped by 2.96% since January, less severe than the national drop of 3.6%.
A further drop could be on the horizon; wholesale prices on pre-owned vehicles dropped by over 11% in April.
Nationally, luxury cars have seen many of the steepest declines, while prices on trucks have not fluctuated as much.
