PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — If you want to get a good seat for the July 3rd fireworks at Mount Rushmore, you’ll have to play the lottery.
That’s the recreation.gov lottery that is.
Tickets for the event are limited to 7,500 within the grounds of the memorial.
The website opens tomorrow and closes midnight Monday.
President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence say they will be in attendance.
Gov. Kristi Noem and Tourism Secretary Jim Hagen made the announcement at a news conference this morning.
