SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — An Associated General Contractors survey shows some good news for at least one sector of the Sioux Falls economy in the age of coronavirus.
Between March and April, construction jobs increased ten percent.
That was the second-best rate in the nation.
Rapid City also did ok, with a two percent increase.
That was good enough for the 13th best rate in the country.
Statewide, however, South Dakota’s jobs in construction, mining, and logging were flat.
