SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Mayor Paul TenHaken, Police Chief Matt Burns, and State’s Attorney Crystal Johnson say that if you were looting and causing damage last night after the George Floyd march, you will be caught and prosecuted.
Johnson says the easier bond requirements because of the coronavirus will not be applicable for people charged with rioting.
Both Mayor TenHaken and Chief Burns say the City has considerable video from patrol cars.
They’re also asking individuals and businesses to provide any video to the police to identify rioters.
You can call 367-7212, or remain anonymous and report it through Crime Stoppers at 367-7007 or their P3 app if you have information or video.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office made two arrests last night.
