SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The week ahead begins on the cool side of normal, but heat & humidity will gradually build back into the region through the week.
An isolated strong to severe storm will be possible west of I-29 this evening, but widespread substantial rainfall is not expected.
Areas west of Interstate 29 could see a few strong to severe storms this evening, with a greater risk toward central South Dakota.
The primary threats in southeast South Dakota would be hail to the size of quarters, and isolated damaging winds to 60 mph.
