SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — It’s the calm after the storm.
The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says although skies will become mostly sunny today, temperatures will remain quite cold only rising to the single digits above zero.
Warmer conditions are expected on Tuesday into Wednesday, but there is a chance of rain or snow across northwest Iowa into southwest Minnesota.
