SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sunday afternoon the South Dakota Department of Transportation reported that I-90 & I-29 were fully open to traffic after a weekend of snow and wind.
This morning roads are open across the state but in southeastern South Dakota conditions are still slippery with scattered ice.
So slow down as you head back on the roads today and drive with care.
