SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A shooting has occurred at 12th and Duluth. A man is recovering from two gunshot wounds suffered at an apartment complex Friday night. The injuries are non-life threatening. They happened during an argument. No arrests have been made as of yet, but the cops say they know who all was involved.
