PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — Governor Kristi Noem has proclaimed March Adult Nutrition Month (ANM) in South Dakota.
ANM focuses attention on the importance of making informed food choices, developing sound eating and physical activity habits.
ANM addresses the challenges of the aging population by promoting health and improving the quality of life for our most vulnerable South Dakota citizens.
For more information on ANM, you can visit https://www.eatright.org.
This statewide observation coincides with National Nutrition Month, a national awareness campaign that takes place each March.
