A former priest is under indictment for inappropriately receiving and using parish money.
That according to Bishop Paul Swain of the Sioux Falls Catholic Diocese.
The ex-priest, David Desmond, faces indictment for grand theft embezzlement.
According to Bishop Swain a public hearing will be held February 7th at 6 pm St. Mary’s Church.
