HARTFORD, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence west of Hartford Friday evening for a report of an assault with a gun.
Deputies began a dialogue with the suspect, 54 year old Scott Nothdurft, and the Minnehaha County SWAT team was called to the scene.
Nothdurft was taken into custody some time later without further incident. Nothdurft was charged with aggravated assault.
