SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Highway Patrol has had their hands full with the weather, closed roads, and drunk drivers.
The SDHP released photos of a truck that drove around a barricade and ended up stuck to make matters worse the driver was intoxicated.
