PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — Governor Kristi Noem has been the state’s chief executive for just over seven months and while she’s settled into the Governor’s Mansion, “First Dog” Hazel is also enjoying Pierre.
Hazel is a Vizsla.
However, there are those pesky geese on Capitol Lake adjacent to the mansion.
