SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Numerous police vehicles and an ambulance were called to the corner of 13th and South First Avenue downtown near the Midwest Communications radio building Wednesday morning around 6.
According to bystanders, it looked like a car hit a person riding a bicycle.
More information should be available this morning during the City Police briefing.
