MADISON, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Game, Fish and Parks Commission meets Thursday and Friday in Madison.
Among a number of items, they’ll discuss flathead catfish trophy regulations and the sale of a resort on Roy Lake.
They’ll also begin consideration of new West River rifle turkey hunting regulations.
It would allow a spring rifle season on the prairie West River but prohibit the use of rifles to hunt turkeys in the Black Hills.
