EDGEMONT, SD, (KELO.com)– A former deputy of Fall River County is charged for the exploitation of a minor.
60-year-old Francis James Kistler is accused of trying to sexually exploit two underage girls.
Kistler used to work as a Sheriff’s Deputy for ten years.
If found guilty, Kistler could spend 15 to 30 years in federal prison.
He is pleading, not guilty.
