SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — If you were wondering how big the Sanford International PGA Tour Champions golf trophy is, rest assured it is large.
About three feet tall.
And the base alone weighs 40 pounds.
Sanford International co-sponsor Cambria–which is in the business of selling stone cabinet tops and related products–designed the trophy.
Folks from the Sanford International stopped by the KELO Radio studios with the trophy today–and a bobblehead of last year’s winner Steve Stricker.
The Sanford International is less than a month away, September 18th through 22nd at Minnehaha Country Club.
