CUSTER, SD, (KELO.com)–Parts of Custer County is being evacuated, and the city is shut down due to flooding from thunderstorms.
Streets are under rushing water and is rising fast.
Custer County’s emergency manager says, “Do not come to town.”
The county received about seven inches of rain this afternoon.
This is happening on the first day of the 79th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally where thousands of people are riding into the Black Hills.
