RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO.com) – The Pennington County State’s Attorney Office says they will decide by October whether or not to seek the death penalty against a woman charged with murder.
Rochelle Seminole, 48, is charged with premeditated first-degree murder for allegedly running over a woman in a parking lot, killing her.
Prosecutors allege Seminole intentionally struck 37-year-old Kimberly Clifford with her vehicle.
If she is found guilty, she could be sentenced to death.
Pennington County Deputy State’s Attorney Lara Roetzel says they will make a decision by October as to whether or not to seek the death penalty against Seminole.
