Memorial Day Activities

SIOUX FALLS:  SD Dept of Veterans Affairs program at the SD Veterans Cemetery 12:00pm (Former District 18 Senator Jean Hunhoff guest speaker.)

 

Taps Across America – 3:00pm in front of the El Riad Shrine & Fleet Farm  (anyone can register to participate at tapsacrossamerica.org) 

 

BALTIC: Color Guard 9am @ St Olaf Cemetery, 10:45 at East Nidaros Cemetery followed by a program in the East Nidaros Church at 11.  Freewill lunch to follow (benefits Tiny Home for Veterans). 

 

DELL RAPIDS:  Military Honors Veterans Park 9:20, Parade (downtown) 10:00, Honors at Dell Rapids Cemetery 10:50, Post 65 brat feed 11-1pm

 

GARRETSON: Program at American Legion Post 23  7pm

 

HUMBOLDT:  Program at 10:30 at the community center and then to the cemeteries.  Community potluck to follow at the community center. 

 

LUVERNE:  Service at Maplewood Cemetery 10:30am

 

PIPESTONE: New Woodlawn Cemetery 10am (Inside the Pipestone American Legion Hall if inclement weather.)

 

COLMAN & EGAN: Egan – 9:-00am @ Methodist Church
