<p>
<strong>
There’s no sign on the door—except —show
returns after busy week on the road with our Comrex 3 and lots of farm and
business guests from the Sioux Empire Fair to the Minnesota Farm Fest in
Redwood Falls, Morton Minnesota.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
Two hours Tuesday and two hours Wednesday.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
It is our annual trek to the Minnesota Farm
Fest with Daryl Christenson and the Reaves Team. It’s always in August and
always just a couple of weeks before Dakota Fest in Mitchell. This year on
August 21
<sup>
st
</sup>
and 22
<sup>
nd
</sup>
.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
Reaves has individual talent in many markets
throughout the mid-west. They learn the needs of those in the community and
serve them. In this year — they zero in on ways to help those who need all
the support from Class A friends and vendors like Reaves.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
Both days, both hours—we’ll visit with Daryl
and his team about the needs – what they hear — and how they are helping.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
On the inside of that —we’ll be talking
with farm leadership in Minnesota both days.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
Included Agriculture Commissioner David
Frederickson – just back from a trip to Taiwan. Yes on trade. We’ll find out
what he learned — and why we need some solid answers for those in agriculture
needing help to move their crops and livestock to world markets.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
We’ll be in the presence of both Governor
Dennis Daugaard and Governor Mark Dayton. And Mayor Paul TenHaken does his
first Ag Interview as leader of the biggest city in South Dakota.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
From the Sioux Empire Fair —-we’ll talk
with those putting on the daily events. Courtney Drenth and Holly Radar will
provide information in each hour about the fair—who’s playing – what to do —
and in our Wednesday show – we’ll lead up to the Ag Appreciation Luncheon that
is expected to feed 5-6,000.
</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>
Pipestone Minnesota’s own Sylvia Wolters –who
hosts the Pipestone Discovery Barn at the Fair – will update us on new animal
