SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police Friday say they have no updates in the investigation of the homicide of a 16-year-old boy Wednesday night.
The victim is Ephraim Duolo Shulue.
The shooting took place in the 900 block of North Cleveland.
Police gave the update at their daily briefing.
