SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Authorities are reporting that 12-year-old Salama Abdalla has been located and returned safely.
Abdalla went missing around 3600 E Sixth Street Tuesday morning after he didn’t get on the school bus and did not report to school.
