The Department of Corrections is Reporting a Second Inmate Death

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – The South Dakota Department of Corrections is the reporting a second inmate death this week.

25-year old Chico Baker passed away Tuesday.

He was serving time for a reckless burning charge in Lincoln County.
