SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A suspect is in custody following an overnight shooting in downtown Sioux Falls early Saturday morning.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the 1am shooting at 11th and First Avenue.
The incident also involved a police pursuit as they were investigating.
Officials are saying there is no threat to the public.
