Police apprehend juvenile suspect in car break-ins

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police have at least one suspect in a string of vehicle break-ins that happened last week.  They say investigators tracked and apprehended a juvenile late last week.  A vehicle that was stolen during the burglary spree was also returned to its owner.  They’re still investigating.
