ALCESTER, SD (KELO.com) — A planned city-wide water shutdown in Alcester is being postponed from Friday to Monday. A water boil order that was in effect earlier has been lifted, but residents should run their faucets until the water runs clear. Residents should also fill up containers to hold enough water to meet household needs during the shutdown on Monday.
