PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — An Iowa man has been indicted for vehicular homicide, second degree manslaughter and other charges in connection with a July 4th fatal crash in Hughes County. 38 year old Zachary Berger is also accused of being an habitual offender. He was the driver of an ATV that crashed near Pierre, killing a 9-year old Waterloo girl.
