Sioux Falls continues expansion at E 77th street & S Cliff Ave

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls city council Tuesday night unanimously approved a motion for the preliminary plan of The Market at Grand Prairie Development.

The 21 acres located at the southwest corner of east  77th street and S Cliff Avenue, will now be subdivided into nine lots for commercial usage and five for residential purposes.
