Garretson City Council ok’s fertilizer plant expansion

GARRETSON, SD (KELO.com) — Residents have concerns, but the Garretson City Council is moving ahead with a request to expand a chemical fertilizer plant.  Nachurs Alpine Solutions is located near Highway 11 on the city’s west side, just two blocks from Garretson High School.  The company says it needs to expand its warehouse to continue operating its plant.
