WATERTOWN, SD (KELO.com) — A 16-year old Wilmot youth faces an attempted murder charge for a shooting in Watertown. A woman was shot Wednesday morning by a person who had allegedly stolen a vehicle earlier in the day. Four people were arrested without incident when the vehicle was located, including the 16 year old, a 14 year old, a 19 year old and a 21 year old. They all face charges related to burglary and vehicle theft.
