PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden is expanding South Dakota’s partnerships with ICE. More highway patrol Troopers are being enrolled in ICE training as part of the effort. Over the past year, over 650 illegal immigrants have been deported out of South Dakota because of the operation.
