MITCHELL, SD (KELO.com) — Two people are dead and two small children injured following a crash in Mitchell Thursday. Their pickup entered the ditch and struck a guard cable, fell onto Rowley street and struck a retaining wall. A couple from Pierre died, and a three year old and one year old who were also in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
