CRYSTAL, MN (KELO.com) — A North Dakota legislator is one of two people killed in a plane crash near Crystal Airport near the Twin Cities. Liz Conmy of Fargo was identified as one of the victims in the Saturday crash. The pilot also died. Officials say the plane struggled to get in the air, crashed in a park and caught fire.
