WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — A farm group says the Trump Administration is going too far in cuts to the NRCS – the Natural Resources Conservation Service. The USDA is proposing cuts of 85% of NRCS Staffing in South Dakota and Iowa, and by 84% in Minnesota. Over 500 farmers have signed on to a request by the ‘Invest in Our Land” group to address understaffing.
