SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Officials will break ground Wednesday on a new Men’s prison in Sioux Falls. Plans for the prison were finalized last year after months of legislative and committee work. The facility is being built in the northeastern part of the city at a cost of $650-million.
