SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — He’s believed to have trafficked over 13-thousand fentanyl pills in the Sioux Falls area. Now, 33-year old Elizeo Kalimba is headed to federal prison for 19 years. He was convicted of conspiracy and drug distribution charges during a trial in October. Law officers used a confidential informant to make controlled fentanyl purchases from Kalimba.
