NEW ORLEANS, LA (KELO.com) — A South Dakota farm voice is heard at the Democratic National Committee Conference in New Orleans. Parker farmer Shane Merrill proposed a resolution of support for farmers and ranchers that was approved by the resolutions committee. He says it highlights the hard work and hardships farmers and ranchers face with the upcoming planting and calving seasons.
