SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Addiction feeds into South Dakota’s crime problem, and the state’s two largest cities have made major efforts to attack it, but both say they need more help. Sioux Falls was granted $100-thousand from opioid settlement money in recent days, while Rapid City received $600-thousand. Both were hoping for more, and state officials say they should see that in future rounds of funding.
