SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — With the arrival of spring, Minnehaha County is beginning its regular schedule of testing emergency sirens. The Sheriff’s office will begin testing outdoor warning sirens at 7 pm Monday. The tests will be held on the first Monday of each month except in Sioux Falls, where they’ll be tested on the first Friday of each month at 11 am.
