SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Property rights and eminent domain took up a fair share of last night’s Republican Gubernatorial debate hosted by KELOLAND-TV. Larry Rhoden and Dusty Johnson expressed the need to protect property owner rights while remaining open for growth. Jon Hansen and Toby Doeden focused on concerns that companies will bully people out of their homes.
