MITCHELL, SD (KELO.com) — County Fair grocery in Mitchell is going for a Guinness World Record that will benefit area food pantries. The store has 105-thousand pounds of potatoes to build the World’s Largest Idaho Potato Display. 80-thousand pounds of the spuds will be given to the food banks and customers. The Daily Bread Food Pantry in Dell Rapids is among the agencies being benefited by the event.
