MADISON, SD (KELO.com) — Dakota State University in Madison will soon have a new President. Dr. John Ballard has been selected by the Board of Regents to replace Dr. Jose Marie Griffiths. Dr. Ballard currently serves as President of the National Intelligence University, where student graduation rates increased by 10-percent over two years.
