SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — State funding is now in place for construction of the James Abdnor Center for Advanced Manufacturing at Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls. Governor Rhoden has signed a bill providing six-million dollars for the center, which is being paired with federal, private and local contributions for the 24-million dollar project. STC President Cory Clasemann says it will help the school provide hands-on training for students to enter the workforce.
