RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — A Box Elder man faces charges after a wild chase through Rapid City, and going the wrong way on city streets – not once, but twice. The first wrong-way offense was Saturday night – he received a warning. The second was early Sunday morning, which led to a chase and an accident. 23-year old Michael Reyna slammed into a center median before entering I-90. He was arrested for DUI, eluding and leaving the scene of a crash.
