SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man is behind bars after an incident where police say he tried to run over some bystanders on a sidewalk.
Police arrested and charged James Daniel Dossett with two counts of aggravated assault and drugs.
The authorities say Dossett pulled up to the intersection at 11th and Summit last night (Sunday).
An argument broke out between Dossett and four people near the intersection.
Police say Dossett drove his SUV on the sidewalk and hit two of the bystanders.
No one was seriously hurt.
